This week we have Dr Victoria Fawcett telling us about her work on Quasars.

DR Fawcett is currently a Fellow at the European Southern Observatory (ESO), based in Garching, Germany.

She is an observational astronomer interested in the multi-wavelength properties of active galaxies. Her main research focus is exploring the interplay between dust, radio, and outflows in quasars. In particular, understanding whether dust reddened quasars and play an important role in galaxy evolution.
